Process Serving Case Study
We were asked to serve some legal documents that another company had previously tried to serve. Our process server did a reconnaissance on the property of the person to be served and found out that the only way to serve this gentleman would be to get to his shrubs situated 30 meters from his house. The next day our process server moved in to position and waited for the garage door to open. At 07:45am the person's girlfriend moved her car from the garage door and the garage door opened. The process server ran towards Mr. X who noticed our server with process papers and proceeded to close himself back into his garage. Fortunately the person's girlfriend had left the house door open, so the process server ran in to the property found his way inside the garage where Mr. X was waiting sheepishly. Our process server successfully served the documents as required. Enquire how we could help youBack to case studies
